General Info

The Community Involvement Program was created by Elizabethton City Schools with the goal of providing affordable exercise opportunities for community members living in and around Elizabethton. Currently, Water Aerobics classes and Typhoons Swim Club are offered at ECS facilities for anyone interested, regardless of affiliation with ECS. A lifeguard is on duty at all classes and practices. Both programs take place at the Elizabethton High School Pool at 907 Jason Witten Way in Elizabethton.

Water Aerobics

Water aerobics and water walking classes are suspended until or unless an instructor is found that is willing to commit to the program.

Elizabethton City Schools' water aerobics class at Elizabethton High School Pool is offered as part of a community involvement program. This program is a self-supporting program.

Attention*** During the months of November – February, we will only operate one day a week, either a Tuesday or a Thursday depending upon Swimming, Wrestling or Basketball conflicts.
